Athlete's foot is a term often used to describe a fungal infection of the foot.

Causes

Sweaty feet
Exposed to fungal spores on the surfaces of communal areas.
Fail to dry their feet carefully after showering
Poor hygiene

Moist, peeling skin between the toes
Blistering, Pustules on sole of the feet
Itching
Burning sensation
Flaky
Unpleasant odour

Keynote: 90% of all athlete’s foot infections are caused by Trichophyton rubrum, Epidermophyton and microsporun. These can be spread between people, or from animals, the soil, contaminated items, and floors. Types of athlete’s foot: Interdigital, Moccasin and Acute vesicular
